Each Wonkibits item is individually made from reclaimed wood material.  It is hand-fashioned and as such it is not exactly replicable.  Any photo or picture is a representation of the product, not necessarily the actual product that will be supplied.  I have offered a videocall to enable the purchaser to select the exact product, so if you decide that the item supplied is not for you, please return the item, at your cost, and I will refund the purchase price to you, less the proven cost of your return.  If you have any doubts as to the quality of my items, please don't purchase it thinking that just because you don't fancy it, because I am NOT a business that can cope with it.  Every return (of which there have been none so far) costs me money.  I am genuinely just a hobbyist, and I do not want selling my works to cost me money.
Yes, I'll co-operate.  Yes, I'll refund the actual cost of the product.   Yes, I'll be fair.
No I will not be taken advantage of because someone changes their mind, like they might with a dress.  
If you are unsure about any product, just don't purchase it in the first place; that will be best for us both.
